On the basis of continuing to deploy the smart tourism destination model, Calella City Council has launched a platform that allows tourists to consult online the number of open establishments in Calella, in addition to their contact details and geolocation on a map. The information can be consulted in the Directory of Open Accommodation
For visitors, the platform strengthens useful communications in order to address the uncertainty caused by COVID-19. Internally, it is as well a very useful management tool to develop indicators on the level of open establishments.
The reOPEN DESTINATION platform has been developed by the company Vivential Value, an expert company in innovation and tourism intelligence.
