A group of 46 young Dutch people have carried out a regenerative tourism activity this morning to contribute to the improvement of Calella as a destination after their stay. It is a type of initiative designed with the aim of enriching the natural state of an area, getting rid of the garbage found in it, and thus minimizing the possible negative impact of tourism on the environment.
Today, from 10 am to 12 noon, these 46 young Dutchmen have been collecting the rubbish that they have been finding along the route they have followed and which has been as follows: from the meeting point, the Torrent de les Basses car park, just below the Calella Lighthouse, they have gone to Les Torretes, where they have finished their route.
