A group of 46 young Dutch people have carried out a regenerative tourism activity this morning to contribute to the improvement of Calella as a destination after their stay. It is a type of initiative designed with the aim of enriching the natural state of an area, getting rid of the garbage found in it, and thus minimizing the possible negative impact of tourism on the environment.
Today, from 10 am to 12 noon, these 46 young Dutchmen have collected the garbage they have found along the following route: from the meeting point, the Torrent de les Basses car park, right at the foot of the Calella Lighthouse, They have headed to Les Torretes, ending their route there.
