When two extraordinary products propose marriage, the result is an excuse to celebrate. The aioli and Catalan sausage competition is an event that started in 1972 and can today be considered to be the tastiest event of spring. With two very traditional ingredients and a sip of wine (probably with the designation of origin of Alella) we organize a party for locals and visitors. On Sunday chefs present their aioli and their Catalan sausage par excellence and throughout the morning, the opinions of experts and beginners mix with conversations, stories, music and laughter of children playing on the promenade. It is the perfect day with a taste of local tradition.
